ABOUT US

Kim and Brian met in Evanston, Wyoming, while working in the food industry. They moved to California after getting married in 2002. There, they started a family. They also began raising rabbits and selling homemade jellies. They returned to Idaho to be nearer to family and have loved making Pocatello their home.

Once in Idaho, they opened a food truck, which was well-received by the public. After the success with the food truck, they expanded to The Little Nook, inside Station Square.

Kim and Brian continue to serve the high-quality, flavorful, home style food from their Food Truck, The Little Nook. Their jellies are available at The Food Truck Roundup, The Little Nook, as well as in their online store.
